Life coaching is really about the impact of asking powerful questions. A great life coach is ethical and creates a safe space while allowing the client to freely explore discovering their truth, answering their own questions, finding their path, and taking accountability for their wins and losses. A life coach is your greatest cheerleader, uplifter, and ancourager.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
